Vanessa Gomez — Chicago Native & Traveling PMU Artist, Mentor, and Entrepreneur

Vanessa Gomez started her beauty journey with no formal makeup background, teaching herself everything from scratch. What began as a passion for makeup quickly grew into a full-fledged career. By 2016, Vanessa was a self-taught makeup artist creating custom, symmetry-driven looks for brides, photoshoots, fashion shows, and everyday clients — helping them enhance their natural beauty.

Driven by curiosity and ambition, she expanded into Eyelash Services and Permanent Makeup, training under the world-renowned Everlasting Brows. In just two months, she was able to quit her full-time job and fully dedicate herself to the beauty industry.

Since then, Vanessa has become a trailblazer in the PMU industry, one of the first traveling PMU artists in the U.S., serving over 4,000 clients and training hundreds of women nationwide. She now owns two thriving salons and continues to mentor aspiring artists, teaching them everything from Ombre Brows and Nano Brows to Lip Blush and business strategy.

Known for her precision, artistry, and client-first approach, Vanessa’s mission is simple: “Give clients another reason to fall in love with themselves — and they’ll be loyal forever.” From a self-taught artist to a nationally recognized PMU educator and solo-practitioner powerhouse, Vanessa’s journey is a testament to passion, resilience, and the limitless potential of hard work.
